Ice Hockey and Skating
UPDATE: The Pripstein's Ice Palace is ready! Construction is complete, right on schedule, and we have already gone for our first skate. Check out the pics below...
The big excitement for 2008 is the construction of our new on-site ice hockey arena. Rather than busing campers for limited ice time available at the local municipal arena as we have in the past, having our own Mishmar Ice Palace will allow us to offer up to 100 hours of ice time to those campers wishing to participate. We will continue to run a combination of skill-improvement drills and tournaments. Another great feature this summer will be nightly disco-skating every evening after supper, a fun way to stay fit. Campers interested in ice hockey need to bring up full equipment. Those interested in simply skating will need skates and a helmet.
Our rink is approximately 95% of the length of a typical Montreal park rink, perfect for 4-on-4 hockey.
So get ready to Skate in 08 at our Ice Palace!
